How to Order Spunky Bags
Ordering Information
Please send us an email using the link below with the following information:
- The name and style of the merchandise you would like
- Your name, address, phone number and email address
- The shipping address (if different from your billing address)
- Method of payment
Once we have received your email, we will put together your final cost (merchandise + shipping), an estimate of when you
can expect your items and an address of where to send your payment. When we receive your payment, we will ship your
items.
Pricing and Availability
Some of our bags are limited editions and cannot be reproduced again due to fabric availability. We do our best
to keep this site as updated as possible but we might not be able to fill your order as quickly as we would like. You
will be contacted if availability is a problem when we receive your email order. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipping
and receiving. Also, pricing is subject to change at any time.
Payment
We currently accept personal checks and money orders only. Orders will be sent once the check has cleared.
Sales Tax
We are required to charge an additional 7.5% sales tax to Nevada residents.
Shipping
We will ship out your merchandise via UPS Ground. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. We will email you
with the tracking number and estimated delivery date. If you need your merchandise faster, please indicate that in the
ordering email and we can discuss the options.
Return Policy
All of our merchandise are original works of art and hand crafted. Therefore, they are not perfect in the same
way a mass produced item may be. We sell our bags as is and will not accept returns/refunds. We try our hardest
to turn out the best possible product and one you will be proud to own. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please
contact us and we will try our best to work out a resolution.
